Scope
This notice describes how AlderMarc International Advisory processes personal data submitted via the public website and the client portal.
Data we collect
Identification and contact data you submit through the intake form or other channels. Engagement metadata for active cases. Technical data such as session and security logs.
Purpose
To respond to confidential intake submissions, to deliver engagements, to maintain auditable records of advice and decisions, and to meet our regulatory and contractual obligations.
Lawful basis
Legitimate interest in responding to client enquiries; performance of an engagement contract; legal obligation; and consent where required.
Retention
Engagement records are retained for the duration required by professional, regulatory and contractual obligations, then archived or deleted on a defined schedule.
International transfers
Where data is processed outside the UK or EEA, AlderMarc relies on approved transfer mechanisms and DPAs with sub-processors.
Your rights
