Terms of engagement.
Engagement
AlderMarc engagements are governed by a written Master Services Agreement and individual Statements of Work agreed in advance of any work being undertaken. Visiting this website does not create an engagement.
Scope of services
AlderMarc provides advisory and consultation services. We do not undertake reserved legal activities, regulated financial advice, regulated immigration advice or statutory audit. Reserved activities are routed to authorised partner firms.
Fees
Fees, expenses and payment terms are set out in the applicable SOW. Memberships are billed on agreed cycles.
Intellectual property
Deliverables prepared specifically for a client are licensed to that client on the terms of the SOW. Methodology, frameworks and underlying tooling remain the property of AlderMarc.
Confidentiality
AlderMarc treats all client information as confidential. Confidentiality survives termination of an engagement.
Limitation of liability
Liability is limited as set out in the MSA and SOW. Advice is provided for the benefit of the engaging client and may not be relied upon by third parties without written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed in the MSA.
